Rebate Important Program Update:
Beginning February 1, 2010, the $200 rebate may not be applied toward installation costs for toilets purchased on or
after 2/1/2010. The rebate amount will cover the purchase of the toilet tank and bowl, excluding tax, up to $200.

Commercial and Multi-Family Toilet Replacement
IMPORTANT PROGRAM UPDATE
There has been an overwhelming response to the multifamily and commercial Toilet Rebate Program, and demand has far
exceeded our expectations. We now have pending applications that will exhaust the program budget for Fiscal Year 2010
if approved. Because of this, we are not currently accepting new applications for multifamily or commercial toilet
rebates. Applications submitted to date will continue to be reviewed and processed in the order received. We expect
to announce in May 2010 whether the program can be reopened this fiscal year.
