• Announcement: Did you have a free toilet installed in 2009? To receive the $60 installation rebate, please send your receipts by 11/30/2009. Receipts must show installation address and plumber’s license number. Self-installations or installations by individual without valid state plumbing licenses are not eligible for the rebate.
