Public Invited to Attend Open House for Water Treatment Plant 4

AUSTIN- The community is invited to attend a Water Treatment Plant 4 open house today, from 6 to 8 p.m. at
Concordia University in building A, located off of FM 620 North at 1104 Concordia University Drive...
Parking is free and is provided in a surface-level parking lot in front of the Building A. Signs will be posted
on the campus to guide visitors.
Austin Water Utility Director Greg Meszaros will provide attendees with a project update on the plant, which
will be built on a 92-acre tract in northwest Austin at the southwest corner of FM 620 and Bullick Hollow Road.
His briefing will take place from 6:30 to 7 p.m.
From 7 to 8 p.m., attendees will be invited to stay and view exhibits showing various aspects of the project,
such as the schedule, facilities layout, environmental safeguards, and the water treatment process. Information
on the City's water conservation program will be included. Experts in each aspect of the project will be
available to provide information and answer questions.
