Block Leader Program: More than 250 volunteer Recycling Block Leaders help spread the word about recycling in their neighborhoods. Block Leader volunteers will receive a bundle of educational door hangers to share with neighbors as well as a quarterly newsletter. Speakers: Solid Waste Services staff are available to speak at your neighborhood meeting or provide informational materials for your community event.
