Drowning victim was found in Town Lake on the 31st day of December 2003 near the Four Seasons Hotel.

Identifiers:  

Victim was wearing a tan jacket, yellow t-shirt, blue jean pants and white tennis shoes.

Dagger tattoo with letter “P” on Upper Left Arm and the tattoo of an encircled X on the left arm.
