Wrap up your summer with the Chick Lit on Wheels Slumber Party and the Super Smash Bros Brawl Summer Finale. That’s right, Teen Fest happens Saturday, August 2 at the Carver Branch of the Austin Public Library, 1161 Angelina. Come celebrate the Game On! Summer Reading Program. Hundreds of teens are reading books and winning prizes all summer long. Don’t miss out on the fun!
Chick Lit on Wheels Slumber Party
12 noon
It’s time to party girls! Hang out with young adult authors Jennifer Ziegler (How Not to Be Popular), April Lurie (Brothers, Boyfriends, and Other Criminal Minds), and Cynthia Leitich Smith (Tantalize) and talk about books and writing for teens. Bring your book and have it autographed. Get ready for games, snacks, beauty tips, and a Passionate Reading Contest. Pajamas and pillows are optional.
Super Smash Bros Brawl Summer Finale
Rated T for teen by the ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board). Suggested for ages 13 and older. Are you up to the challenge?

This is your last chance to secure a place in the Ultimate Championship Finals. You can’t win if you don’t play.
The Ultimate Championship Finals
2:30 p.m.
Winners of all 19 tournaments will compete to determine the Ultimate Super Smash Bros Brawl Champion. Will you take home the top prize? There’s only one way to find out. It’s not over ‘till it’s over.
