Read and listen to animated children’s books online with the TumbleBook Library!

The TumbleBook Library provides online access to animated, talking picture books for children. TumbleBooks are created from existing books which have been licensed from children's book publishers and converted to the TumbleBook format. The TumbleBook Library allows children to watch and listen to books read aloud or to read at their own pace. There are hundreds of titles to choose from! After reading a TumbleBook, kids can check out the Puzzles and Games section. Many of the books have text-related puzzles or spelling and memory games to play to help complete the reading experience!
Some of the excellent features of this database include the ability to save your favorites online, create play lists, and search by title, author, illustrator, publisher, language, or reading level. The TumbleBook Library also provides a language learning component by offering animated, audio book selections in English, Spanish, Italian, Russian, and Chinese. Some books even have a special Word Helper feature that lets a child click on individual words to sound them out.
Each book in the collection includes access to editorial reviews and accelerated reader information. Several classic titles are available for older children to read or listen to as well in the Tumble Readable and Audio Books sections.
