Old Quarry Branch presents a Library Health Series
every third Tuesday of the month, September through November, 2007

Old Quarry Branch library Health Series. Please join various  health professionals from St. David’s Hospital in an informal discussion about their particular field of study. Pick one or join us for the complete series. Doctor’s In:

About the Doctors:

Dr. Michael Burris attended the University of Texas at Austin, with an undergraduate degree from the McCombs School of Business. He obtained his medical degree and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Texas at Houston Health Science Center. He then completed an Orthopedic Sports Medicine fellowship in 2007 from the University of Kentucky, where he assisted in taking care of the Kentucky Wildcats athletic teams.

Dr. Burris and his family recently moved back to Austin to start a new medical practice, Capital City Orthopaedics. His areas of interest include minimally invasive shoulder surgery, including arthroscopic rotator cuff and labral repair, knee ligament reconstruction and cartilage restoration procedures.

Love D. Paul, M.D. earned his medical degree from Rohtak Medical College in India. He completed his residency at the Swedish Covenant associated with Rush Presbyterian University in Chicago, IL. Dr. Paul founded American Regional Health Center and practiced family medicine in Victoria, TX for 27 years before he relocated to the beautiful city of Austin to begin a new practice, Austin Primary Care. He is a member of the Travis County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association and the Texas Academy of Family Physicians.
