Austin's in top three airports of global Airport Service Quality Awards

AUSTIN, TEXAS – Airports Council International (ACI) announced the top performing airports in its Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Survey. Austin-Bergstrom International Airport ranked third in North America, the top two being Canadian airports. Additionally, Austin-Bergstrom International ranked third for its size among airports around the globe. The Airport Service Quality Survey rankings were based on the results of over 200,000 questionnaires completed by passengers at 108 airports worldwide and captures the passengers’ perception of the quality of more than 30 aspects of service.
